The other weekend we had a wonderful time producing Catherine and Justin’s wedding film at the fabulous Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica. We had the pleasure of working with the always wonderful Kimberly Bradford as well as Susandean Photography out of Santa Barbra. Floral was by Nisie’s Enchanted Florist and the cake was by The Vanilla Bake Shop in Santa Monica. Please enjoy Catherine and Justin’s wedding trailer, you just could not have asked for a better day to get married on.

We had such a great event over the weekend, Cheri and Tony had their wedding at Villa de la Vina which happens to also be the same location the current season of ABC’s the Bachelorette was filmed at. They had a beautifully designed event by Kimberly Bradford and floral and decor by Square Root. Joe Latter was on hand shooting the photographs, Chris from Silver Disc provided the entertainment ; not to mention the fantastic food by Craig’s and cake by The Cake Studio. The whole day had this wonderful feeling of modern vintage, so I had some fun creating a distinctly aged feel to this short vignette from Cheri & Tony’s wedding.

I just had to share this comment that was emailed to us from Cheri almost immediately after we posted this video:
“Awwwwwww, thank you for sending me the short video clip of our special day! It was amazing working with you, because it was completely unobtrusive and also because you are very soft spoken. It was an honor to share our wedding day with you. Once again, thank you for documenting it all for us! I can’t wait to see the finished product!“
Another wonderful wedding I am really pleased to see published in Inside Weddings is Julie & Kent’s (click to view short film) event at The Beverly Hilton. You may recall the blog film we showed last year from their wedding. Ira Lippke has some beautiful images showcased and the wedding really came together with the work of Kimberly Bradford planning and Square Root providing both the floral, lighting, and rentals. To view the entire spread click on each image to load a larger window or I also suggest picking up the magazine because it has some really great content for your planning.
